To me - it looks like the LY7. Which is the one in all those videos I posted earlier.

It's supposed to be an LY7 but there are only 4 holes, not 6

The last video has only four holes but the coils etc are over the top?

Or does anyone have the instructions from a manual that they can copy onto here please?

it takes a few minutes to remove the manifold. It’s not a biggie.

Have a new metal gasket on hand just in case.

Throttle body stays on.

Pull off the hoses.

Loosen the intake pipe and remove.

Unclip the throttle body plug (there’s a recent post with photos.)

Unplug the motor at the back of the manifold. (Your photo doesn’t show the back or entire manifold, but from the number of cam sensors on the front of the motor, it’s an LY7.

I will post a photo tonight of the manifold and the motor at the back (I have a spare in the shed.)

The rest needs no instructions, if you can’t figure it out, you shouldn’t be doing it.

Undo the plug from the motor pictured at the back.

Thanks, have seen all of these and my motor is different

Get rid of that plastic panel and associated insulation. Will unclip or maybe you have to remove the shroud if the plastic shite is bolted.

I have a factory manual and it’s not mentioned in it.
