it takes a few minutes to remove the manifold. It’s not a biggie.
Have a new metal gasket on hand just in case.
Throttle body stays on.
Pull off the hoses.
Loosen the intake pipe and remove.
Unclip the throttle body plug (there’s a recent post with photos.)
Unplug the motor at the back of the manifold. (Your photo doesn’t show the back or entire manifold, but from the number of cam sensors on the front of the motor, it’s an LY7.
I will post a photo tonight of the manifold and the motor at the back (I have a spare in the shed.)
The rest needs no instructions, if you can’t figure it out, you shouldn’t be doing it.
