4L60e Harsh 1-2 Shift and Delayed Downshift..

My 1-2 shift is very hard, not pleasant to drive at all. The box has a Sonnax cover on the RH side, servo??(sorry, not an auto trans expert), so presuming it has Sonnax hard parts in the box.
