Manual VY SS2, 2005 Rolla Sportivo
My VX wagon went through more fuel than my VESS, even before the L67 conversion. The VT-VZ shape is good for large dogs though.

Also, L67 wagons are quite rare and different. *Nudge nudge*

Ive already done my share of L67 conversions and they're simply not worth it lol
also... MY GOD that Kelpie looks identical to my old K9 Friend

nah nah nah no mods, got the roady done today nothing wrong with it.
But then on the way back home from vicroads my strut top bearing decided to start failing and now it crunches when it turns, i suspect from being on the hoist... ill have to replace that

Makes sense to me. You're undoing the bolts already....

Risky even helped this bloke out elsewhere -

I just had mine replaced about 6 weeks ago. The Series II VY onwards have the brace strut mounting bolts as standard.

They are the locating washers. Holden have plenty in stock & are very cheap. If you feel outlaying a bit of extra cash (about $50) get a strut brace from Holden as well as it fits both the V6 & V8. Since you have the bolts already there it'll take minutes to put on.

There's a write up here on what to do https://forums.justcommodores.com.au/threads/installing-vy-model-strut-bar-earlier-model-commodore.7864

Be silly not to... :D
