Alloytec Engine Noise..? (Youtube link in description)

Hi there commodore fans. Please help with this noise that happens under the passenger footwell:

I changed the oil and filled her up with BP 98 and its helped a lot, but when the weather gets too hot or it sits on idle for too long the noise gets worse. I have added liqui-moly tappet noise stop as well.. helps kind of (probably in my head).

It has a new engine with new timing chains 15k ago.. it made the noise on and off since the new engine was installed, but very quietly at the start.. not as loud as this. Playing with the AC makes it happen too.. I have had the serpentine belt off and it still makes the noise.

Just looking to make the noise stop...

This noise will be the death of me. Chains, guides and associated parts have been replaced. Can anyone recommend a way to stop the noise or fix it?

Check the heat shields on the exhaust manifold
