Anyone have a pioneer AVH-p8450BT?

Hey guys,

So I am about to buy the above mentioned stereo and Ive noticed that the factory double din stereo is quite low. Has anyone had any issues with ejecting their disks as the 8450 folds right out and it would look to hit the gear stick when its in park. Obviously the way to fix it would be to put it into neutral or something but thats a pretty **** fix if you ask me.

Just buy an ipod or use streaming from your phone , who uses CDs anymore ?

The screen is 97mm tall and 21m thick so when it slides flat it will stick out about 80-100mm. Probably best to call Pioneer and ask if they can tell you how far it slides out exactly.

You could go get a measuring tape, take it out to your car and see if it will hit. Estimate about 100mm.
