Astra TS 1.8
Hi all,
I have few issues with my Holden Astra TS 2003.
Engine Z18XE, 1.8 TS CD, Automatic.

My car is shaking really hard when I throttle.
I had this issue few time intermittently, and now it is all the time.

I have the following Trouble Codes:
- P0130 02 Sensor Circuit Malfuntion (Bank 1 sensor 1)
- P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
- P0203 Injector Circuit Malfunction – Cylinder 3
- P0650 Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Control Circuit Malfunction

More Information:
- DTC that caused required freeze frame data storage: P0303
- Fuel System 1 status: OL-Fault
- Fuel System 1 status: Unknown ENM Value
- Calculated Load Value: 22%
- Short Term Fuel Trim – Bank 1: 0%
- Short Term Fuel Trim – Bank 3: -40.6%
- Long Term Fuel Trim – Bank 1: 1.6%
- Long Term Fuel Trim – Bank 3: -38.3%
- Ignition Timing Advance for #1 Cylinder: 18.5°
- Intake Air Temperature: 51°C
- Air flow rate from mass air flow sensor: 3.78g/s
- Absolute Throttle Position: 3.1%
- Oxygen sensor voltage Bank 1 – sensor 1: 0.41V
- Oxygen sensor voltage Bank 1 – sensor 2: 0.25V

I have already changed the coil pack, but I still have the issue.
I didn’t try to clear the trouble codes yet.

It seems that it could be sensors, air intake or maybe mechanical issue.
However I’m not sure about what it could be. Any idea?
Thanks.
Matt

Astra TS 1.8
I did more test, I checked with an ohm meter the 4 injectors, I have:
15.4 Ohms
15.3 Ohms
15.6 Ohms
15.7 Ohms
It seems that they are all good..

Does it mean that it could be a mechanical issue in the injector? or the ECU?

By the way, which one is cylindre 3? the third starting from the left?

I cleared the trouble codes and only these ones come back:
- P0303 Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
- P0203 Injector Circuit Malfunction – Cylinder 3
- P0650 Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Control Circuit Malfunction
Thanks for your help!

It ran like absolute **** and worse with aircon on. Obviously not a misfire issue as the issue was the MAF but it ran like it was misfire issue.
I went to the local mech and on the tech 2 it said MAF so I bought one and ran fine ( after I left battery disconnected over night to clear code)

Matt, check the basics first spark plugs , fuel ect, but with the diagnostic trouble codes you have may relate to an ECU internal fault not supplying the injector No. 3 the voltage it requires creating a misfire. Check the circuit.

With fuel trims in the -30 ide look at stuck open injector or ecu injector driver holding one open .maybe lift the fuel rail and injectors out and turn ignition on and look for leaks .even check fuel reg vacuam hose for fuel like a vn lol
