I think the fineprint says 75000 km for adverse conditions, which I'd imagine most of us can relate to.

Do mine every 40,000 kms. I have a 4000 stall and camaro pan and external cooler and the fluid has been excellent since doing these mods. first change at 40k the fluid was starting to brown however the auto gets a much harder time than most and is tuned for firm shifts.

I did a simple pan drop and fluid/filter replace at 60K and the fluid looked fine, though the magnet was covered in fine powder, obviously doing its job.
