Base level Apple Carplay only?

Hello all,
I have a 2018 Commodore RS ZB. It was sold to me advertised with Apple Carplay and that is evident on the dash and every holden website.
I have had the car for 15 months and Carplay has worked for about 45 seconds, once.
The dealer replaced the USB connection and the entire screen/audio console to no effect.

I have since taken it to Rose Park Holden in Adelaide and they have advised that it only has a Base level of Apple Carplay, ie: no projection, just siri etc.
I don't believe this as the projection worked for a brief moment once, but they have said it's not available on the RS, buit the RS-V only.

I don't believe this... can anyone confirm or give any ideas? Cheers

Sounds like a complete lie. All the ZB's have CarPlay. No such thing as CarPlay with Siri only / "base model".

I'd keep well away from this dealership and possibly lodge a complaint with GM.
