How have I missed this thread so far??
I recently installed a 355" in mine. but am still in the tuning process.
It's different to yours with cam and intake selections. But I will be very interested to see how yours goes.

No eta yet wraith but hopfully have motor back in the car in the next couple of weeks its just hard at the moment cause im working 6 days a week and the part shop out here is closed on sundays aswell as having only a work licence for the next 6 months I can only do so much before im stuck,But ill try and keep this thread updated and when the Calais is back on the road i'll let ya know and we'll go for a cruise.

I had some more parts show up the other day,a brand new haltech platinum and some bosch 36lbs injectors so its almost ready to go in.....Cant wait

Another update for any body following this thread,I got the motor in yesterday but still got some more little things to sort out before its off to the dyno.

i think the filter should do the job wraith hahaha......theres a 2 inch super sucker under the throttle body as well. We looked at the tb with no spacer and any kind of filter would've ended up out the bonnet so I decided if its gunna go up through the bonnet it may as well look tuff at the same time hahahaha...it will eventually have a reverse cowl scoop going over it so I can hide the bonnet gauges in the back of that too

Another update, We cut the hole in the bonnet for the air filter,bolted up the extractors and power steering and started playing around with the throttle cable and kick down cable trying to figure out the throw it needs to be perfect. Hooked up all fuel and vac lines aswell as wired up the thermos,put the dizzy in with some new leads.
Still to do list goes- thermostat housing/top hose,wiring loom,both cables to be sorted and hooked up then plug in the haltech and off to the dyno!!!

finally the Calais is all setup and ready to go to the dyno...tow truck and dyno tune is booked in for the 25th of this month,cant wait for it to be done and I will post up the results once its tuned.
