Yes, I first used them on an M4 BMW as they were nil stock on PS4S 285/30's and the S007A's were much the same performance wise and have a similar tread pattern. The S007A doesn't feel better or worse than a PS4S and from my experience, I'd use the Bridgestone S007A again as a good PS4S alternative. They're a bit cheaper and can be more readily available.
I've got 20" S007A's on my ute in 255/35 and 295/30 with a good ride and much better grip than the original 19" RE050's. I haven't tried PS4S's on a Commodore to get a direct comparison, but I'd think the result would be much the same as the M4 BMW.
