G'day guys, couldn't believe what I saw yesterday! Driving along Gardner Rd Rochedale (brisbane) saw a burnt out VE Ute on the side of the road. Was quite a sad sight, feel sorry for who every owned it. Geeze there's some low life scum out there. Who could do this to such a nice car!

probably stole the engine

Looks like the engine is still there (minus the melted plastic), but by the looks of the blocks under it, Id say they stole the wheels.

I kinda have to laugh at whats left, shows how much of the modern cars are plastic :(

Yeah I don't think they would of taken the engine. I didn't have time to get out and have a look. I'd say it was just young kids, took it for a joy ride then put it on bricks and took the wheels and set it alight. They wouldn't of known how to take anything else. Such a waste of a car just to take the wheels!

what a waste:cry:, the engine still in as you can still see the pulleys, almost looks like they started the fire from the fuel flap, as that is missing and it would of melted as the flap is metal
