but.... ive had too stick the breather piece down with silicone as there was not rivet holes as i was told there would be by claridge holden, this is only temp ofcourse .... cant see it causing any problems can it?

You have to drill the rivet holes. Just make sure you don't use a bit that's to big, and be careful not to hit the radiator when you've drilled through the shroud.

yeh i seen that, i may not have too at this point tho because the silicone is holding rock solid.

I've just used short self-tapping screws with washers in the past.

( not that CAI was difficult in anyway but damn it feels good too get it right!)

Did mine the other night and also did a memcalchange all for 200 bucks with a high flow panel filter. The ute goes hard now
