Ceramic coated headers - worth extra cost?

They used to wrap HQ race car headers to keep heat off the inlet manifold (202 red motor) and running on avgas that is much more corrosive than unleaded fuel, new headers could rust out under the wrap and collapse in less than 12 months. Ceramic coating remedied all the wrap/rust issues!

But, have to coat inner as well. Noticed over the years, people would only do the outer.
Then come back a couple of years later saying the coating was sh#t, because the headers had rusted out.

Who coated them and what product did they use?

Not sure, I'm guessing Pacemaker themselves as the installer got them already coated
