Check engine after being tampered with

Hi guys
I have had a crazy ex get under my bonnet and he has done something to my motor, he was there for only a couple minutes and pulled 4 fuses in this time also but after getting my fuses back and driving away the check engine light had come on. What could he have done in a short minute to make the engine light come on? Oil is clean, coolant is full and normal not sure what else to check?

The clip was undone but still pushed in. Did clip up but light still on?

Has a bit of a tick and feels slightly off when running

after you reconnect what ever he disconnected, disconnect the battery negative for a couple of minuates reinstall to get rid of the check engine light . Did he swap a couple of plug leads around if its feeliing off is it miss fireing?

Got it guys. Unplugged a couple of things so I’ve gone over the whole motor and reset the engine light and she’s good to go. Went for a drive and no issues. Thanks again for the advice I appreciate it
