i did this to my VS Calais 1 some time ago. Excellent results heaps better acceleration from the stop, but make sure you do clean out the Idle control unit as well.

lol i cleaned mine out with a screwdriver and a rag with a bit of fuel on it when i pulled it off to do my thermostat. god im a dodgey bastard compared to u lot. :yeah:

Same, good old screw driver and rag along with fuel. Save me time taking it off, but I didnt had to do it because it was clean. But taking it off gives it a good spring clean!

hmmm was going to clean the throttlebody on my VN today but since it has LPG system in it theres some **** thing making it harder to get to the tb.. anyone with LPG removed their throttlebody fine?
