CVU engine Prefix on a VQ Caprice

Ok just reading through a VS manual and the "SH" prefix is added to service replacement engines in place of "VH" for the VS model cars.

I've not read this "SH" before in any of the VN VQ or VP manuals and this still would not explain CVU, CVE engine numbers in the VQ's

VQ Statesman
Dredged up this old post when trying to get to the bottom of my VQ's SVU engine number. Found the answer in Volume 1 of the official Holden Service Department manual (the green covered one).
The additional "S" was added to the engine numbers of VQ Series II Statesmen and "C" to Caprice's engine numbers. Page 0A-9 from the manual explaining this is attached.
