So the door trim pieces can be purchased separately to the whole door trim ?
Yep they can.
Each piece is separate. No need to buy the whole door trim
When I got quoted, I had to supply the VIN
Just found a cream interior calais on carsales and used their VIN. Holden them gave me the part number for each piece. You could do the same if your having a hassle getting part numbers.
Ended up finding them at a wrecker as the new ones were a bit expensive.
And yes the door trims need to come off which is easy. Just take your time removing them and putting them back on so you don't give the retaining clips a hard time.
Oh and I remember I had to peel back the soundproofing on the door trim to get to the screws then a good quality contact adhesive or hot glue to stick it back on. Don't have to rip the whole thing off, Just enough to get behind to the screws.

I was hoping that someone with matte carbon fibre insert could look up the part number which is underneath.
Good chance to clean all the dirt around the shifter during the process ;)
