Go to the vicroads site FFS, i just did to answer this damn stupid question for you.

you cannot legally drive this on your p's, therefore if you are caught will lose your license and be fined, you will also not be covered by insurance.

GOOD DAY SIR.

The only supercharged V6 that you can drive on P-Plates in vic is a WH Statesman, but you need to fill out an application form. All other supercharged commodores are banned. I got that info off the vic roads website.

Pretty much hes not allowed to drive any high powered V6. No forced induction car (except for low powered Turbo Diesel) and have no modifications on a car that increase power.

If he wants to drive a high powered V6, he needs to apply for an exemption - which he wont get.

If he does theres a nice fine, he will have no license and if he crashes into another car insurance will just laugh at him.

VS Stato l67
Many supercharged V6's are legal on your p's with an exemption. There's a list of cars on the Vic roads website which have the exemption available and details of how to apply for it. Its mainly cars like WH stato, VX and VY calais and a few of the heavier models. I think the VT SS supercharged 6 may me exemptable too but dont quote me on it
