And they said they last longer then 200 k lots help me

Well this one did not. What's the issue if it lasted 200 000km ?

I was wondering more so if this was usual of these ? Sorry my phone died before I posted what I wanted to ask . And more so can someone please help me understand the better options available to this stock standard mount ? Not mechanically minded .

they don't last anywhere near 200 can guarantee this has been shagged for ages OP.

Thank you for the link - interesting read. I am learning so much from these forums and as a female owner I tend to in the past just go with what ever a mechanic says . I wish I had caught this earlier. Again thanks guys.

Definitely ask here before completing work. You will learn and save some money

The mounts on my VFSS were cactus after 134,000km. One was completely gone and the other wasn't far behind. I only brought the car a few months ago so I don't know when they started to wear out...but they were pretty much falling to bits.

I went with a pair of Superpro Polylast Heavy Duty mounts and they're great. No extra cabin vibration and they should last at least another 100,000ks, likely a lot more.

mine were the same, car has under 100,000 on it. Holden waited i think for the second service before they helpfully pointed it out. ;) ;)
