That's because the blade is spinning that fast it appears to be stopped... :)
Either the camera shutter speed is ultra super duper fast.
Or some Chinese Photoshop expert put their hand/tool over an actual grinder doing the work....

Agree, never use aftermarket sports exhaust components on the V6.
While on the topic on the exhaust on the V6 . I notice that counter Weight thing welded to the exhaust at the rear, is that there to reduce drone ? Does it actually work? and does anyone know what happens if you remove it ?. Just curious.

While on the topic on the exhaust on the V6 . I notice that counter Weight thing welded to the exhaust at the rear, is that there to reduce drone ? Does it actually work? and does anyone know what happens if you remove it ?. Just curious.
Do you mean the one bolted to the diff?

Some exhausts do have weights added to cancel out certain harmonics.

It's not for the drone sound, it won't make a difference there but it will stop some vibration coming through the cabin at the frequencies it's tuned for.

I've been in some cars that has so much resonance at certain RPM the steering wheel judders from the vibration, let alone the noise of the drone.
