falken 452 still all the rage?

Do you mean PZero Nero or just straight PZero?

I am on my 2nd set of Nero's and love them. Got them for similar price to you as well.

But I understand the straight PZero's which are more expensive are a step above. They came out clearly on top in this year's Motor Mag tyre comparison.

I also have a set of Falken 453s, personally I find then great in the wet and dry, however there is just one thing I have found.
It's probably just me being picky, but they appear to me in cold wet weather to track like a bastard, they are great in the hot weather no tracking just when it's cold. I won't buy another set it drives me nuts.
Anyone else noticed it as well or is it just me.

Ok. I haven't noticed that with my Falken 453's.

Well I recently replaced my standard 19'wheels with a set of staggered Lexani LSS-10s ( 8.5x20 fronts and 10x20 rears. I have Falken 452s all round and to my surprise they ride much better than the 19s with the Potenzas did, they are also quieter than the Potenzas. As far as grip goes they are great in wet or dry. I like em alot!

My 20 cents,

Used to be very very happy with the bridgestone potenza 050a for my 2012 sv6. Wet and dry...

Got almost 50k out of them...

Will Replace again

275$ each balanced and fitted
Bridgestone osborne park/wa

Not sure about for higher powered though... Rear looks fresher than front... Drive conservatively I suppose
