fault code help 2010 ve sv6

I have a Ve Sv6 2010 and it keeps coming up with fault code p0430 catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 2.
What courses this code and how do I go about fixing it?

It would suggest the cat converter is not working as it should or “Cat is buggered”.

I’d be getting one from a wrecker, installing and should be fine at minimal cost.
