They way they flash is vt error code system.
vt system error codes 31, 92, 95.
31. No theft deterent signal
92.Low speed fan.
95. Anti lock braking system electronic traction control (abs/etc).

Agree with Lex, they are VT codes rather than VX codes. The Holden VT/VX service manual has a slightly different take on some of the codes:
31 is Theft Deterrent Signal Missing
92 is Low Speed Fan No BCM Response
95 is Requested Torque Out Of Range

code 12 is actually no rpm signal from dfi module
which is why it is always there with paperclip display with engine not running
