- 2004 WK Statesman L67
I've looked around for this question and peoples opinions, but I haven't been able to find anything. So, I thought I'd make it myself!
What was your favourite Model of Statesman / Caprice?
I'd have to say mine would be the WK / WL.
I reckon it had a whole lot more class than anything from the 90s.
The WH was gorgeous on the outside, but I never a fan of the dash, looked kind of commodore - like, wasn't fancy enough.
the WK / WL's were big, had a nice amount of chrome, big heavy doors, a nice overhauled dash, and I think they went really well, and were very well proportioned, they arse end of the car wasn't too short, so it didn't look like a Chrysler 300c - which was destoyed by it's grille and a too short, fat looking arse end.
Had both a V6 WL & currently a V8 Caprice.
The newer caprices look like bubbles in my opinion.
The only other Statesman I really like would be the HQ / HJ / HX.
Even the WB looked a bit odd imo.
Let me know below! Curious as to others opinions, I think we'll all have a good read!
Cheers.
