The 220 would be nice but I'd rather 740 kilometres out of a tabj espicially since I had already done 120 Kms

That's insane!
Mine gets like 300 a tank :3
I'm fairly certain that manuals had a smaller fuel tank up until the VT's or VX's, but nonetheless my fuel economy is still abysmal.

Da faq? I've had 2 VS V6s and 3 VS V8s and neither has been anywhere near that bad in economy. I'd be looking into that.

Wow.. have you checked for leaks? Or maybe someone has filled half the tank with concrete lol.. thats seriously worth spending some cash on to rectify, that is mad consumption.

I just filled mine up today with a quarter of a tank left @ 320km so mine is pretty bad too but 300, damn

I have to admit I do a bit of highway driving,
My old ute was manual an had the same size fuel tank, but I was getting around 670 per tank.

Try putting a brick under the accelerator pedal

I get about 600 to a tank in my statesman. I'm happy with it. more economy is good but it'll do. my injectors are probably due to be looked at too but if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I was driving home from work today and a VS calais drove past on the other side of the road, same colour and all and it reminded me of this one. wasn't as nice though.

edit: my friends mum drives a volvo, and she has the same nanna spec steering wheel cover as you. but I can't talk I've got sheepskin seat covers in my statesman :embarrass
