Fuel economy

I'm tossing up between a LS1 or Super Charged VX Calais for our next car I would love to hear what sort of economy LS1 and L67 owners are getting

ive got an s/c vt and i get about 550-580 out of a tank and i hammer it a fair few times too

I recently purchased a VX series 2 Berlina, and am wondering what the average kilometres i should be getting out of a tank of fuel. I use unleaded 95, and i try to not floor it...

I have a vs ecotec auto, and I get 9.6l/100km on average. About half my driving is on the freeway between Newcastle and Rutherford. It's a dead stock car besides MACE memcal and I run my tires at 38psi. And I try not to put my foot down too much.

It is serviced well though with new leads, plugs, oils and filters.

Also I always run it on shell 98, always have used it in all of my cars.

my tank is around 3/4 full (maybe a bit less) at the moment and the trip computer indicates there's 400km left until empty.... for what its worth.

My vs Eco is getting 12l/100 in half town driving, with the occasional flat foot, consption hasn't changed from 91 - 98...
