still would have thought that as a ''fuel'' ethanol would be much more subsidized at this point in time, since only other option is bad old petrol least if they made ethanol cheap enough so its worth the slight higher usage more people that have flex may use it

You would think so but governments seem to have lost interest. On current prices it would need to be about 4c/l cheaper than 91 to make economic sense.

yep that massive 2-3% sales compared to petrol pretty much means if it doubles each month Aus will be all EV pretty soon to support the system  ''albonomics 101''

I remember picking up a car 15 years ago, that had been sitting in a shed for 30 years.....The body was cactus, but I drained 40 or so litres of the good old stuff out of the tank.....

The car of mine I put it in loved it...

Geez I miss leaded petrol
2023 minus 15 years = 2008 minus sitting in shed for 30 years = 1978 minus how old car was when put in shed = ??

The punch line to this joke better be good, you failed miserably with your last joke

Is it Evaporation and Rust ??

Car was 2 years old.....The whole left hand side was wiped out

Was a 4 cyl Centura...Mate bought it for the perfect interior

I towed it back and got some bits and pieces for my Centura, along with a nice holiday near Port Lincoln
