Fuse issue

What do you mean?

i would chuck a multimeter on the brown wire at ignition switch
should have 12v on accessory and ignition, but not on crank or lock

Ah okay I haven't got a mutilmeter so gonna have a go chucking another switch in it and see if anything changes..

7.5amp radio fuse

The radio fuse is 15 amp.

The 7.5 is radio & cellular phone (which is not the h/u).

Yeah it blew the 15amp fuse replaced it and there's power to that fuse but no power to the 7.5amp fuse. 2nd row on the diagram
F16 17 18 no power and the 7.5 fuse for the illumination

The fuses for its good had test light on it with car running and no power at all to the terminals
