I have 2.5" Xforce Catback, OTR & Tune & now want high flows...
I'm going to get 200cell but if I have 2.5'' catback do I have to get 2.5'' HF's as opposed to 2.25"? What's the difference anyways?

Will it make my car noticeably higher pitch or will it still sound decent?

(when the car was tuned, tuner tuned it so I can add high flows just in case I wanted to add them later on)

Your tuner knows that installing high flow cats at your current power level with your current mods will not be noticeable, so no power increase

Cats "may" increase volume a little bit

200cell cats on a VF will not pass emissions without E85 and emissions dedicated tuning

My 2 cents: don't bother, spend your coin elsewhere

About a 1/4” :p
But yeah, as above. You will not notice a thing I reckon except the lesser amount of money in your wallet.
If you want more seat of the pants feel put the coin toward diff gears maybe?
