Mattykaspeedy:

I used two p/s pulleys to stick on the gilmer crank pulley. works fine!! i had to hit the pulleys sooo friggin hard to get them on though. i think theres a reason for that too, its not dodgey workmanship, they're made specifically like that so when the p/s and a/c belt turn on the crank, its not the pressure of the screws holding them together, if it were, they would twist very easily if not done up tight enough. i spaced my p/s out 30 mm.

Ill get some pics up right now...

Heres a set of photos of my set up

1. How I spaced the P/S
2. The A/C
3. Left Veiw
4. Right Veiw

If you got any questions for me about how to do it just ask!!

Oh and i had to modify the clutch fan to, i cut off the last bit on each fin, the curled around piece, about 15 mm in.

Looks great. Cheers for the pics. So it's only the p/s bracket that needs spacing out?

Yeah Mate. Alternator and A/C are simple swaps

Oh yeah, if you need the belt sizes for the new P/S I used a Bosch 11A1090. It only just squeezed on but you cant really go any bgger because the p/s fouls up on the top radiator hose. Im gonna look into get a new hose that will let me access the top of the p/s.

The a/c can stay the same but the new pulley is a little smaller and when it you tension the belt it comes quiet close to the swaybar, so you could go a size or two smaller but seems fine so far...

Good luck if you do it:dance:
