Late to the party!

@morton - I don't like the look of the stock bumpers...you can't do anything with them, was planning on cutting holes where the "triangle bits" are and putting globes in there (Main reason I want to "alter it" is because I'm too cheap to go out and buy another bumper that I like

You don't need to, SS kit is your friend.;)

But grinding will heat it up and possibly burn it and make it look terrible?

As (i think) i said...I'm too cheap...And wold have to get the new one repainted...

Reason i mentioned grind it is because its a hell of alot faster then cutting it
or use a cutting wheel on a grinder

true that...But don't have a grinder...actually, don't have anything that cuts except a circular saw but it's one of the big ones...bit a small hacksaw is cheaper...

Wouldn't take THAT long...and If I were to do it that way I would leave about 2cm and just sand/(use that tool with the notches, like a greater, forget the name of it) the rest off...

lol...if you read, I had thought about cutting 2 circles into the sides (like in a VR/VS bumper) and put one where the mesh will/might go

At the end of the day its a VP, VP = FAIL, there old, good for the first car, but save so when your old enough you can get a much better car then that thing of yours

Get in the ute
use a cutting wheel on a grinder

slices through plastic bumpers like a sharp knife through butter :)

just shoots bits of melted plastic at you - but you get used to it after the initial shock lol
