i have this problem too. i have just bought a removal tool of ebay for $6 in the hope of solving it. to be continued.

i have this problem too. i have just bought a removal tool of ebay for $6 in the hope of solving it. to be continued.

I took mine out using a coat hanger, make a couple of u shapes out of the hanger push it in and remove.

i did the coat hanger on all mine (3 cars) worked quick and easy. If the coat hanger you are using isn't thick (nearly as round as the holes) that might be the problem.
