HSV Series 1 bar on to a 2012 SS Thunder ute

hey guys just wondering before i go and spend money would a series 1 HSV front bar fit onto my 2012 SS Thunder ute with no issues?

Headlights will be different, probably need a bonnet as well.

That might fit, would work with your S2 headlights, would still need a bonnet.
