It could be fuel filter, fuel pump, injector cleaner really depends on what has been maintained. I'm thinking fuel filter as when you turn it on and off again you would be getting more pressure...
thinking cheapest place to start just do a few test that are easy like
Like before starting car hold mode and up arrow once car started release buttons now you have volts press mode again and again and you have different things even l/h which is litres per hour I think. then report back here what you see going on and then can help more.
so if you have it on onboard volts and it plays up you can see if it drops....
then drive with l/h onboard and when it plays up see if this moves up or down....
