It's a complicated web of manipulation, greed, need & incompetence.
There's no integrated plan here, it's just a massive bunch of things and people all competing against each other.
For example, if Zionists were running everything then we wouldn't be giving money to Indonesia & Palestine.
Another example; big flood in SEQ, money is already spent on aid elsewhere. You can't unspend money that's already spent. And that issue isn't just dirty socialist lefty filth painting on walls with their own poo & hugging each other & handing-out good citizen's money for no reason; there's a lot of "spend some aid money to keep those people there otherwise they'd all be fleeing & ending-up here where we'd have to pay more for them".
And nobody has a handle on WTF is going on, it's valid to say "hey there's a problem here" but a lot of time & effort & nutting-out is spent on most of what's already going-on, so as soon as you change something for the better there's pretty much always an equal-and-opposite reaction for the worse. Yet you can't just refuse to change either.
