Is this wiring kit any good?

Im going to install my system soon and didn't know whether the brand/quality of the wiring mattered a huge deal or not.
I think this brands nothing special but its got most of what i will need to run a 2 amp system and its a good price.
Already spend a bit on the system so really dont wanna spend too much more on wiring.

What amps are they? A single 4awg power wire won't be enough for a fairly big 2 amp system.

You are right though, wiring brands doesn't matter as much as some would have you believe

Why not just spend a little extra and buy two seperate 4 awg wiring kits?

You said you allready spent a bit so far, so why skimp now? You don't have to go nuts and buy silly brand name kits that don't make stuff all difference as mentioned above, but atleast do it properly.

Dont go tight on cables.
Use thick power and earth cables. You can also wire up your own RCAs. Go to jaycar or Waggner to buy your RCAs if you are putting the ends on.
get quality RCAs.

Alpine mrp-m500 mono 1x 500wrms. someone recommended me to split the 4 into two 8's for both amps.

Yeah considered going to jaycar, but saw this pack and as it had what someone recommended me i thought id have a look.
And I've already spend a bit of money so i meant i don't wanna spend too much more as money doesn't grow on trees

Should i buy a 2g and split it into 2 4ga's?

I would run 2gauge to both amps.
In my car i am running pioneer amp 2x 125rms for my splits 2 gauge power and earth.
Mono block 0gauge power and earth.

Not quite sure what you mean, but i was told running a 6m 4awg power cable to a distro block, then 2 short 8awg cabled coming from the distro block, one to each amp

Just run 2 seperate 4 awg cables, don't worry about who ever told you to split a 4 into 8 awg, that's just silly.

Why spend money on a distro block so that you can just run a smaller gauge cable?
