Funny and compulsive liar are not good personal attributes for someone who's running for President of the US unfortunately. It's a sad reality that politics in the US effects us all eventually.

Donald Trump exaggerates the truth to sell you something, he's a realtor. Biden is a politician, the truth puts him in jail.

It’s comical that Trump & Biden are the chosen ones to lead their parties.

The democrats and their faithful media acolytes
have made sure Biden and Trump are the only 2 candidates.

LOl, I was thinking the same thing, if the President has immunity for official acts he could "solve" that issue right now and be immune from prosecution.



He can't claim immunity for personal acts, what he did trying to get elected or at his company does not fall under official acts of the US President.

The ruling doesn't actually help Trump that much, what SCOTUS did do however is wait until the last sitting day to issue their ruling helping to delay the various court cases.

It's a bad decision putting the President above the law for official acts.

I only caught a little bit....Something about the prosecution over the riot and he is going to try the immunity card for his hush money conviction, before sentencing.

Could be wrong as I do tend to switch off a bit when it comes to that dribble

If unconventional lawfare wasn't employed by the corrupt regime, none of these cases would have even been brought to the attention of the supreme Court.

And if it wasn't for the judiciary, America wouldn't exist or it would be free for all hellhole.

So it is fine to use the immunity ploy to get out of fronting for something he obviously did....If he didn't you'd let justice take it's course and be found not guilty because you aren't guilty....

Seriously, someone, no matter who they are shouldn't be immune from prosecution for any crime they committed....

Immunity is used because you are guilty and don't want to front your actions in court...

I'm also yet to hear of any appeal over his conviction with the hush money payment, other than a delay in sentencing due to this B/S immunity ruling.....

Trump is trying to use this immunity ruling to get out of his conviction over the hush money payment....Sentencing has been delayed until Nov....(Can't remember the original date)

Doesn't matter the charge....If you are convicted, you have the right to appeal....Why hasn't Trump appealled his conviction over the hush money trial, rather than use something that people only use to avoid prosecution, because they are guilty?

The other stuff, why would you use some out that people use when they are guilty to avoid prosecution? If you're not guilty, fight through the courts to prove it....No matter how long it takes

And honestly I don't believe it all...I'm using the fact, immunity used by guilty people to avoid prosecution...Nothing more...

it will all be overturned on appeal, but the damage will be done by then
when the stephanie clifford photo went viral, both denied any relationship
a few years later the story resurface and again both denied any relationship
then in 2016 trump ran for president and clifford demanded money and said they had a consensual relationship, trump denied it (11 days before the election) nda was signed and that is supposedly election interference)
then 2018 she breached the nda and was supposed to pay trump 10 million dollars
then 2024 after biden doj, she claims trump forced himself on her and still trump denies any relationship
so you have a person who made a living from porn, who has changed her story 3 times vs a person who has maintained the same story for over 15 years

The Clinton 1 and 2, Bush, Obama and so many more were also facing the prospect of being charged with far worse "crimes" as per their actions whilst serving their country.

This ruling only happened because the democrats will stop at nothing to win everything at all costs.
Thank your lucky stars there's a conservative majority on the supreme court, otherwise this lawfare will get out of hand so fast your retirement will be a pipedream.
