If we only imported 100k pa, there would likely be very little problem.

When we continually import multiples of that (over 500k last year and some 150k in the December qtr) we are on a path to hell.

It was just a random number at 100k.
But at 200k a year on 25~7ish million population would only make my point more potent if say only 10% of those people were going into the building industry.

I will also add. If we are importing people into Australia with the current cost of living, we are likely to attract people in a financial position that quite simply put, don't need to bend over to make money.
Tradesmen have bad backs because they bend over all the time doing various tasks during the day.

The number of accountants in Australia is growing faster than most other occupations.
To sound a little JD like, with all that property tax to work through no wonder......

Aussies being piss-weak or is Shane pulling numbers out of his arse again?
See your 100K immigrants and raise you 30,900.
That makes us ahead over 12 months with 130,900 NET!

Many wealthy people have done plenty of bending over to get where they are.

Well our current numbers are at 500k a year lolol, the current government is trying to stop that "as they say" to try and get it back to 200k.

Like I said, I used that 100k number as a random number......

Following Iran’s weekend attack on Israel, Majority Leader Scalise announced that “the House will move from its previously announced legislative schedule next week to instead consider legislation that supports our ally Israel and holds Iran and its terrorist proxies accountable.”
This was the U.S. House GOP’s intended agenda for this week. I kid you not.

Yet to provide a reference to any factual evidence backing up the numbers you could be making up for all we know. As usual.

Oh wow a graph, after the fact, covering ten days in June last year during which on one day net migration was at -100,000 and did peak at 500,000. On one day in June last year.
In no way disproves my theory that Shane couldn't find a fact if he fell over it. He just makes things up.
