Forgot about this thread...
On that ocassion the noise was not apparent after oil change but came back couple days later...
As others pointed it turned out to be excess piston to bore clearance and the engine was replaced under warranty...
The new engine is also a bit rattly on cold start for a few minutes...but nowhere near as the old engine...
Most mornings not noticeable...
Old engine sounded like a truck
