Lfw timing marks

Hi all I have recently helped out a mate by replacing his timi g chains in his 07 ve Calais it has the ly7 engine in it another mate has asked me for help on replacing his chains in his 2011 ve commodore witch has the sidi 3 litre (lfw) engine in it just wanted to know if someone could tell me befire I start if the timing marks are the same on both ly7 and lfw engines I have searched google a bit but haven't found anything to help me so any help would be great thanks.

Yes they are the same
I think you will find they are the same Timing Chain Kits too,
that they will suit LY7, LEO, LFW, LLT & LFX.
