The bootlock isn't actually turning the inner locking mechanism, so any advise on the less destructive way to get into the boot would be appreciated.
By not turning the inner locking mechanism, the key turns the boot lock 180 degrees, but it's not engaging the inside mechanism to release the latch..
This is on a VC Commodore, but I'm sure VB through to VL are identical in the boot lock area...
