310rwkw is just a touch high for a tune/exhaust.
For comparison, I have a VZ Clubby with Cam, heads, full exhaust, tune, etc and I will be happy to see 310rwkw once my clutch slip is sorted out.
I suspect it's 310rwhp which would be around the right mark.
Also, I had cold start issues and they where able to sort that out touching up the tune. Take it to a tuner and see what they say.
