Manual conversion no injector pulse

Hey guys,

I've just done a manual conversion on my v6 vs. I bought a parts ute without a key so I'm unable to use it's bcm (not that I'd want to anyway).
I'm using the manual ecu and loom from the ute. Everything is connected and ready to go but I now have no injector pulse. There is spark and fuel pressure but no fuel getting to the cylinders. Help please lol

security issue is the ute vr and car vs that will do it

Nah they're both VS's.
Looking at buying an ecu with no vats hopefully that'll do it.

Well actually I just unbolted the plenum and lifted it and the fuel rail out with everything still connected and watched for fuel while cranking. No dice .

So I just got this message from the guy I was gonna get the no vats ecu from...

"all vs use the same vats code you only need a vs bcm that matches a key fob , got to the wreckers and buy a bcm with fobs or off ebay , taking the vats out of the memcal will not stops the lights coming on the dash and you car is then able to be hot wired and stolen with a dipstick etc , taking the vats out is only when fitting the running gear to a older car with no BCM at all ,thanks"

Is this right?
I have a matching key and bcm and the manual ecu is from a vs ute so by what he's saying mine should start.
I need this car running this weekend!

Check for injector pulse on the negative side of the injectors with a test light

Pull a plug off any injector with the ignition on and use a test light or multimeter to check for power in either one of the two terminals. Let us know what you find

Have you had the fuel lines disconnected?

Is the security light still flashing when your trying to start the car? That will rule out if it's a vats issue or not
