Still under the pump at the moment, but here is a link to our new support site at the moment. Not officially released yet (though functional), gives you an idea as to some of the work going on behind the scenes :)

Mace Engineering - Support Site

We certainly have been :) We'll have some exciting new developments to share over the coming weeks.

In regards to our new support site we've added a new search function, as shown in the pic, that goes beyond a mere keywords search but one that takes in to account the context of the question into account :D The upside is a it provides more accurate results for people on the spot, however it is a little slower (takes around 15 seconds to process each question) due to the heavy analytical processing that goes on in the back ground. It's definitely still be developed and hope to get much better over time, but it's still pretty good at the moment :D

Thought I would bump this thread up again due to some of the quick changes we've made to our new support site :)

Mace Engineering - QuickSupport Site

It's not officially finished or released yet (though links to this site are also on our main site), it is still very helpful for people who may have any questions about our products and services and would like an answer quickly :)

Any constructive feedback is certainly welcomed

Kindest Regards,
Steve
