faaarrrk!! what a day.. had to sadly strip my old custom vn..lol near killed me.but i got the custom seats out of it and few other bits..also tried to get sludge type oil of my manifold and pickling paste wouldnt even get it off?! anyone got any ideas on that? and also stuck between the decision of 3:7 or 3:9 diff gears.hmmmm

with the stuff on you manifold use kerosene.

How much did the head work cost you? And use a wire wheel brush to remove any old gaskets, glue or oil.

and ill be posting heaps of pics tommorow..and well i ported all the heads myself and polished exhaust ports ..and then for acid dip chemical clean and 20 thou shaved off cost 150 bucks..
