I'd second that - racebrakes in Sydney do a nice set of adapters that makes the job 5 mins. (bet it took you way way longer than that.)

yeah mate, about 3 hrs, now i run out of brake fluid:bang: at least no leaks yet :D

finally, i've got working brakes and no vacuum leaks :D

now for some decent rotors and calipers

edit: some pics, you can clearly see the size difference between the different boosters and MC's and a one of the completed job.

the new booster brakes is the one previously sold by two bros. who are no longer operating. i'm currently trying to get some of there old stock

took car for a test drive, brakes are bloody touchy and it doesn't require much effort to pull it up or lock it up :eek:

emailed race brakes sydney.

brake line fittings for conversion au$40

hubs au$290 for a pair. seems like a good price. should have some on the way within a week :)

engine check light was on :( reset after i came back and also reset the idle (it almost stalled now the vac leak is fixed)

I have 2 at home atm, he has a few more but wont sell any of the other bits unless its as a whole kit, about 1k for a full conversion if anyones interested

nah thats all good i can get you a bracket, what i was supposed to write is he wont sell any of the other parts of the brake upgrade unless its a whole kit (eg wont sell the reco'd master cylinders or calipers seperatly)
