Add the full red strip down the side or remove the one from the front bar ?

Yeah heat gun I spoze, there will prob be a thread about how to on here, iv heard it pain in he ass but

It is a pain to remove. Can also take paint with it.
I reckon just find the red striping and add itto the sides.

they look cleaner with out the red strip. and im not a fan off them anyway.. I gotta repair a gouge in it anyway the respray it.
