Any type of Vinyl dye works, as a test, any material that responds well to armorall will accept vinyl dye. Hard plastics wont respond to it:thumbsup:

Actually the product I use can be used to paint plastics but recommends plastic primer to be used before hand, so its universal. You can pick it up for $17 at any supercheap I believe. It's called Vinyl and Plastic Paint or something along those lines.

On the second photo you have the wheel / tyre combination looks hell phat, not sure how a white wall would look on it??

I've pretty much heard the same thing all around.
