Our VS gone done back in 2003 in a similar fashion, and it was technically a write off, but was repaired .. long story.

Yeah look, I mean it is MAINLY cosmetic, but the boot is misaligned and well, pretty much needs new panels from the LHR quater all the way around. Atleast its a damn solid car and a bit of gaffa tape on the bumper and i can still drive it ahaha

Yep, the gaffa tape looked good the other day when i saw it. Didn't look too bad as i drove past though, but as you said it is the boot damage that is the killer.

Ok, it has kinda been decided. IF car is written off, which it 95% will be anyway, I will be converting to Toyota, most likely a decent 16v or 20v early 90's Corolla. Has nothing to do with the fact I work for them lol.. but yeah, just going to have to do for a year left on my greens and then loan time for a nice v8 or Evo.
